Orders are paid from your wallet balance only. Top up on the Wallet page by bank card or cryptocurrency — USDT and USDC. Funds are ready for purchases as soon as they land.

I placed an order but changed my mind

Message the operator in the order chat right away. If delivery has not started, the operator can cancel the order and return payment to your wallet balance. After delivery has begun or completed, refunds are usually unavailable — see the Refund Policy. A refund to card or crypto is only possible in the cases listed in the policy and can take up to 14 days.

PlayArea is not affiliated with game publishers. Buying from a third-party service may conflict with a game’s rules. Risk of in-game restrictions is yours; after successful delivery, bans or publisher item recalls are not grounds for a refund.
