PlayArea operates an online storefront for in-game digital goods and related support. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games LLC, or any other game publisher whose titles may appear in the catalog.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and profile settings you provide.

Order and delivery data: purchase history, payment status, in-game usernames or IDs you submit for delivery, and messages you send to operators in order chat.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate locale, cookies or similar technologies needed for session security, preferences, and basic analytics.

Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we receive limited status and reference information needed to fulfill orders and top-ups.

3. How we use data

To create and secure your account, process orders and wallet top-ups, deliver digital goods, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with processors that help us run the site (hosting, authentication, payments, email) under contracts that require appropriate protection.

Transactional and account-security messages may be sent without a separate marketing opt-in. Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe in the email or via support.

4. Retention

We keep account, order, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with accounting or legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to lawful retention needs.

You can update profile details in your account, contact support about access or correction, and request deletion where applicable. You can control some cookies via your browser settings; essential cookies may still be required for login and checkout.
